As much as we wanted to “let go” of things, all the quotes we read, pin, and follow, we still can’t seem to actually “let things go.” We can forgive and not think about it, and then when we least expect it — BOOM — it creeps back again!
Here’s what I have learned. Letting go is an act of multiple dimensions!
Our arms and hands are the extensions of our hearts. When you write, you are unloading all unresolved emotional experiences that are sitting in your subconscious, hence “letting it go” consciously and energetically. You have to be willing to let it go consciously, but also, you have to release it actively (from your energetic body, your aura, your magnetic field, your ten bodies). This practice does both. Letting go is the act of willingly saying, I choose not to hold this feeling or thought anymore. I will forgive, forget, and release for the highest good of all involved. Putting your feelings into words is a compelling way to clear your vibration, connect with your true self, and see where the masks are playing their roles. This is why we write.
We are always manifesting. The energy that we put out into the universe returns back to us at the same frequency. We attract what we believe, but not everything we believe is true! In order to find balance between these two, we need clarity. In order to find clarity, we need to refresh and reset our three minds. Once clear, your soul is free to lead the way. Listen to what she has to say, and focus on this relationship! We will end with a beautiful sound bath. You are allowing the vibration of sound to work on a cellular level to recalibrate your mind, body, and soul. Sound creates a subtle shift into meditative brain waves that promote deep relaxation and transformation.
